Bohemian Group offers you a self-help method of moving. This service is offered by Bohemian Group and by USDOT certified transport agents. Bohemian Group and its agents will provide transportation and certain moving tools to assist you in the movement of your shipment. Each trailer will be air-ride, and equipped with furniture pads, straps, a dolly and loading ramps for the customer’s use. You assume the responsibility and control of your move. It is the sole responsibility of customer for all packing of goods for transit, including loading and unloading. Bohemian Group assumes no liability for damages; including automobiles shipped inside vehicles arranged by Bohemian Group regardless of assistance by driver in securing said automobile. Bohemian Group reserves the right to transfer the shipment (at Bohemian Group’s expense) to another vehicle in the event of equipment failure or move the shipment within the trailer with no additional liability implied or taken. Bohemian Group accepts liability for your shipment at $.60 per pound (provided by common carrier) and for up to $5000 replacement cost for catastrophic conditions listed. Bohemian Group catastrophic liability is limited to loss or damages that results from fire, lightning, windstorm or hail; vehicle collision or upset, total truck theft/vandalism, & smoke damage. Bohemian Group will not accept any claim for currency, accounts, bills, evidence of dept, notes, precious stone or jewelry, money, securities or loss or damage caused by acts of war, water damage, nuclear explosion, riots, or civil commotion. |
